Elevate Investin PLC brought me on board to design the sales deck for Trent Bridge Quays Phase II, a high-profile residential development situated on the banks of the River Trent in Nottingham, UK. As a designer, my role was to translate the architectural vision and investment potential of the project into a compelling visual narrative that resonated with both potential buyers and investors.

The brief called for a polished, modern design that highlighted the unique aspects of the development: Its riverside location, the thoughtful layout of apartments and townhouses, and its connection to Nottingham’s historic and cultural context. I worked closely with the client to ensure that every slide balanced clarity and sophistication, combining architectural renders, site plans, and lifestyle imagery with elegant typography and a clean layout system.
