As Lead Designer at VIGO Industries, I managed the end-to-end design and execution of multiple packaging and in-store display projects, ensuring every deliverable aligned with rigorous retail brand guidelines. I worked closely with buyer-side stakeholders to secure design approvals and oversaw production with both domestic and overseas printing and logistics vendors, maintaining strict controls on timelines, budgets, and quality.

I also led a comprehensive update of VIGO’s installation manuals across three languages: English, Spanish, and Canadian French, collaborating with technical illustrators, product designers, copywriters, translators, customer service team, and printing vendor overseas to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance across all markets.

Additionally, I coordinated cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure full adherence to regulatory standards. This holistic, detail-driven approach reinforced VIGO’s reputation for design excellence, precision, and retail readiness.
